- Compatibility with all devices or platforms
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIAL MANAGER PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Manager by Kavvat, its officers, directors, employees, and
agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you create or transmit through the Service

continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in
effect.

- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
